Positive: The gentleman who welcomed us at the hotel was kind and tried to help us, but there is no one at the reception at all times

Negative: The hotel’s location is not far from the city center, and the bus stop is about a seven-minute walk away. However, the streets are very old and poorly lit at night, so returning late is quite uncomfortable. I encountered a problem on my first day of arrival, as someone stole my personal phone on the bus during the first trip. Therefore, caution is necessary, as the area is not very safe.
